Unfortunately most businesses are wasting time, money, and effort on all the wrong growth tactics.

You see, most businesses are foolishly…

  • Pouring cash down the FB ads drain
  • Jumping from tactic to tactic without tracking or measuring success
  • Taking advice from “experts” whose only solution is the one thing they sell

Thankfully, there’s a smarter way to market.

Here’s how:

First, get super specific about defining who you serve.

This can feel uncomfortable, but the more narrow you go, the more effective you can be at selling your products or services.

When I narrowed my focus to independent financial advisors, my revenue spiked big time.

Next, customize your offer to your narrow market.

Your competition isn’t doing it… so you’ve already got an advantage.

And create systems to upsell, cross-sell, and serve your clients further (TIP: continuity offers are a smart option).

“Back end” is where the real money is.

Finally, build a process to systematically extract referrals from each and every client you serve.

Since they know you specialize in people like them… it’s easier for them to know who to refer.

It’s simple… yet so few businesses take the time to think about how to strategically build revenue generating systems.

When you make the time to do these things, you’ll be heads and shoulders above the competition.
